Mustard Crusted Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. Biggins® potatoes, scrubbed, peeled and cubed
  • 3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp. Italian seasoning


Directions:


Preheat oven to 425-degrees. Mix all ingredients except potatoes in small bowl. After ingredients are mixed, add potatoes and toss to coat. Pour potatoes into a greased 13x9-inch baking pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
