- 1 ½ lbs. Biggins® potatoes, scrubbed, peeled and cubed
- ½ c. olive oil
- Sea salt
- Mayonnaise or ketchup, for dipping
Preheat oven to 475-degrees.
Lightly oil large baking sheet and place in preheated oven while you prepare the potatoes.
Cut potatoes into wedges. Place wedges in large bowl, add oil and toss to coat. Place potatoes in single layer on preheated pan. Sprinkle with salt.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve hot with mayonnaise or ketchup.
