Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. Biggins® potatoes, scrubbed, peeled and cubed
  • ¼ c. olive oil
  • 1 ½ tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ⅓ c. grated parmesan cheese


Directions:


Preheat oven to 400-degrees. Toss potatoes with oil, seasoning and garlic. Add cheese and mix lightly.


Spread potatoes in a 9x13-inch baking pan and bake approximately 35 minutes, or until tender.
