Parsley Dill Potatoes

- 2 ½ lbs. Biggins® potatoes, scrubbed, peeled and cubed
- 3 tbsp. butter
- ¼ c. fresh parsley, chopped (or 4 tsp. dried parsley)
- ¼ c. fresh dill, chopped (or 4 tsp. dried dill)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
In a large saucepan, boil potatoes until fork tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and place the potatoes back into the pan to dry.
Add the butter, toss in the herbs and season with salt and pepper.
