Roasted Potatoes with Rosemary

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ lbs. Biggins® potatoes, scrubbed, peeled and cubed
  • 4 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1 ¾ tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. fresh rosemary leaves, chopped (or 2 tsp. dried)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Directions:


Preheat oven to 450-degrees. Toss potatoes with garlic, olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Spread on a cookie sheet and roast in oven for 20 minutes, or until just tender.
