Skillet Garlic Potatoes

Prep: 10 min. •  Cook: 10 min. •  Serves: 4-6


Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ lbs. Biggins® potatoes, scrubbed, peeled and sliced
  • ⅛ c. olive oil
  • 10 garlic cloves, peeled and cut in half
  • 2 tsp. fresh rosemary or 1 tsp. dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Directions:


Add olive oil to a large sauté pan and heat over medium-high heat. Spread the potato slices over the bottom of the pan. Cook for 5-8 minutes. Turn over potatoes and add garlic. Continue cooking 5-8 minutes, or until potatoes are golden brown. Add rosemary and season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
