Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients:

  • 1 Biggin's® sweet potato, scrubbed and cut into small wedges
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. curry powder
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. ground cumin
  • ⅛ tsp. ground cloves
  • ⅛ tsp. pepper


Directions:


Preheat oven to 425-degrees. Combine sweet potato wedges and remaining ingredients in a large bowl and toss gently to coat. Place wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, or until tender.
