Sweet Potato Chips

  • 3 Biggin's® sweet potatoes, scrubbed and halved
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt


Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Slice sweet potatoes into ⅛ inch wide pieces. A food processor or mandolin works best for these. Toss sliced potatoes with Olive Oil and sea salt. Place in a single layer on a sheet tray and roast until crispy and cooked, about 25 minutes. If your sweet potatoes are not crispy, place them under the broiler for a minute or two.
